Codex Corp was founded by Anurag Bains in 2025, on a simple observation: the expensive part of a digital project is rarely the work itself, it is the gaps between the people doing it.

The companies are peers. The standard they answer to is not.
No operating company outranks another, and none of them sets the bar on its own. That is the holding company's job, and it is the only reason a brief can cross from a camera to a codebase without being renegotiated on the way.
He still reads every scope that crosses more than one company, because that is the decision the group exists to make well.
The model

A holding company separates the parent brand from the units that do the work. Each operating company keeps its own identity, focus and client base, and draws on the credibility and shared infrastructure of the group.
Codex Corp is the boardroom. It sells no operating company service on its own. What it sells directly is one thing: a standalone diagnostic of where a business currently stands.

Principles
Six things that do not get traded away.
A holding company is only worth having if it holds something. These are the six the four companies answer to, and the ones a client can hold us to.
One standard
The four companies are peers. None of them sets the bar on its own, and none is permitted to fall below it. That is the holding company's only real power.
Route before work
The order the companies work in is decided once, at the top, before anyone executes. Resequencing halfway through is what makes projects expensive.
Definition before execution
Audience, competitive position and technical constraints are settled in writing first. Nobody opens a camera bag or a code editor on a guess.
Say the true number
Published figures are floors, never quotes. Status is stated plainly, including when something is finished but not yet live.
Handover, in your name
Accounts, source, documentation and credentials end up yours. Nothing is held back as a reason you have to come back.
