A floor is easy to misread as a quote. These four lines are the difference, and they are worth more to you than the figures are.
The honest version
A floor tells you where the conversation starts. It cannot tell you what your work costs.
Two projects with the same name can differ by a multiple. The figures here exist so you can tell whether the group is in your range at all, before anyone spends an hour on a call.
Four caveats
None of these are hidden in the small print.
- No figure here is a total, a fixed price, or the top of a range.
- Taxes are extra, and travel outside Greater Vancouver is charged per kilometre.
- Add-ons are additions to a booking, never a standalone price.
- The full group engagement carries no floor, because scope decides its shape.
