We architect what
doesn't break

Codex Systems is Canada's enterprise IT, cloud architecture, and AI integration consultancy. We work at the infrastructure layer — the decisions that are expensive to undo and impossible to fake.

Practice areas

Infrastructure
that holds.

[01]
IT Infrastructure
End-to-end enterprise IT — network architecture, server environments, hardware strategy, and lifecycle management for complex organizations.
[02]
Cloud Architecture
Multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud design on AWS, Azure, and GCP. We design for resilience, cost control, and the workloads you'll have in three years — not just today's.
[03]
AI Integration
Enterprise-grade AI deployment — LLM integration, ML pipelines, vector databases, and inference infrastructure that connects directly to your workflows.
[04]
Security & Compliance
Zero-trust architecture, SOC 2 readiness, penetration testing coordination, and continuous compliance monitoring for regulated industries.
[05]
DevOps & Platform Engineering
CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code, and SRE practices that give development teams the velocity they need without stability trade-offs.
Who we work with

We work with CTOs, IT Directors, and engineering leadership teams at mid-market and enterprise companies — organizations with complexity that commodity vendors can't handle and stakes too high for guesswork.

Our engagements are direct and outcome-focused. No account management layers. No frameworks sold as strategy. We assess your environment, design a path forward, and implement it.

Most clients come through one of two doors: they're scaling fast and need infrastructure that won't break, or they've inherited a legacy environment and need a clear picture of what they actually have before they can move.

Either way, we start with the diagnostic — not the proposal.

Our position

Enterprise infrastructure is not a category for experimentation. It is a category for precision — and the organizations that treat it that way are the ones that outrun the others when the environment changes.

How we operate

The operating model.

[SYS.01]
No guesswork

Every recommendation is grounded in a documented assessment. We don't propose solutions before we understand the problem — and we don't sign off on infrastructure we haven't seen.

[SYS.02]
Direct delivery

Senior consultants do the work. Not analysts. Not offshore teams. The people you speak with in the discovery call are the same people who design and implement your architecture.

[SYS.03]
Long-horizon thinking

We optimize for the infrastructure you'll need in three years, not just the one you have today. Decisions made at the platform level compound — we ensure they compound in your favour.

Engagement model

How an engagement works.

PHASE 01
Discovery call

30 minutes. No slides. A direct conversation about your environment, your challenges, and whether Systems is the right fit for this problem.

PHASE 02
Technical assessment

We audit your current state — infrastructure, security posture, cloud configuration, and team capability. Everything documented. No assumptions.

PHASE 03
Architecture design

A detailed, vendor-specific implementation blueprint. Not a framework — an actual design with named services, resource specifications, and cost modelling.

PHASE 04
Implementation & handoff

We build it. Runbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer are included. Your team leaves with the context to own and operate everything we deliver.

The Founder

Anurag Bains

Founder & CEO · Codex Corp

Built to eliminate
fragmentation.

Anurag Bains founded Codex Corp with a clear thesis: the fragmentation between creative, design, development, and infrastructure teams is the single biggest obstacle to building a great brand. Instead of accepting that fragmentation as an industry norm, he built a structure designed to eliminate it.

Codex Corp is built on the belief that a client should be able to bring one brief and have it executed at every layer — from the first brand mark to the infrastructure that serves it globally. Anurag built each operating company with that end state in mind, ensuring they were not just individually excellent, but natively compatible with each other.

"The best work happens when the people doing it speak the same language. That is what Codex Corp is — not a collection of vendors, but a single team that happens to be organized into four specializations."

— Anurag Bains, Founder
The Codex Corp family

One infrastructure layer.
Four specialist brands.

Systems provides the infrastructure backbone that powers everything else in the Codex Corp ecosystem. Enterprise clients often engage Systems first, then expand.
