2. About Codex Systems
Codex Systems is an operating company of Codex Corp, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We provide IT infrastructure, cloud architecture and migration, AI integration, security and compliance, and DevOps and platform engineering services to business clients.
3. Eligibility
This is a business-to-business website. By using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and are of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Engagements, quotes, and scopes
Engagements with Codex Systems begin through inquiry and proceed to a signed agreement. Any pricing, quote, scope, estimate, or proposal we share, whether on this site or in correspondence, is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding relationship is formed only when a services agreement or statement of work is signed by both parties.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, logos, and trademarks on this website are owned by or licensed to Codex Systems and Codex Corp and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the site for legitimate business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Codex Systems methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials remain our property.
Ownership of deliverables created for a client during an engagement, including any associated license rights, is determined by the applicable services agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Engagements often involve access to confidential information, systems, infrastructure, and data. Codex Systems treats client confidential information with care and is bound by the confidentiality terms set out in the applicable services agreement. At a high level, confidential information is used only to deliver the agreed services and is not disclosed except as permitted by that agreement or required by law.
7. Acceptable use of the website
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its availability.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in British Columbia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
